I guess if I wanted to make this really quick, I could just say two words:

No news.

I was offered a job in SC, but declined it due to the fact that it was too few hours and I couldn't have made ends meet...regardless of the fact that it was doing what I really would like to do: refugee resettlement. Despite the fact that it was in SC, I was disappointed when I had to turn it down.

At this point, I am constantly job hunting...but only have in 3 applications right now (CO, VA, and DC). I'm still really hoping that CO will work out, simply because it has the most pros, but they don't seem to be moving too quickly, so I can't hold my breath. I have a lead in NC, but am not sure what is going to turn up there.

Honestly, that's about it on the job front. I would appreciate any prayers...it's been over two months and to say that it's a little frustrating is an understatement...even though I am enjoying my family very much. :) Mom and I decided to tackle the basement floor today...that has been quite the adventure and pics will be coming soon. :)
