This evening I went fishing
With my niece
I caught 4 fish
She caught 1
And I took my shoes off
The plush grass quenching the longing of my feet
With no fear of fire ants
It was beautiful

For just a few moments
All the cares of the world slipped away
As I enjoyed just being
With my niece
