Did you ever wonder what the difference is between "naked" and "nekked"? Well, I can now tell you that in fact there IS a difference and I can even explain it thanks to my prof from this morning's class. :)

Naked = what one is when one steps out of the shower

Nekked = being naked in "peculiar" circumstances or out of the ordinary. (I.e., The boy was running nekked around the yard for all to see.)

Thought you would enjoy that as much as I did. :) It's fun having profs from the North who have lived in the South long enough to be able to explain these types of insights to us. :)
