So I have to confess that last night was about the most fun I have had in many, many weeks. Eric, Bekah, and I met our friend Karin at a Mexican place here in Cola and then Eric came over to our house and we watched a movie...then he decided to fix our desert (because the Mexican place had no fried ice cream...again!), so he went with Bananas Foster...something I've never had and was VERY impressed with...even if it was slightly against the school's standards with the alcohol...ideally it all burned out...ideally.
